This gathering will begin with a context-setting panel, which will feature leaders who have successfully embedded assurance considerations in boardrooms, media narratives, research agendas, and policy forums, sharing their approaches for maintaining a seat at decision-making tables.

“Public awareness and AI literacy initiatives play a crucial role in shaping expectations for governance. Organizations like the Montreal AI Ethics Institute and All Tech is Human equip citizens, policymakers, and businesses with the knowledge to evaluate AI systems critically and hold developers accountable.” -Responsible AI as a Business Necessity (Tech Policy Press)
On a related note, we were nodding our heads in agreement reading Vilas Dhar’s (President of the Patrick J. McGovern Foundation) new Op-Ed in the Boston Globe stating that “AI development still depends on all of us.” Yes! The very reason for our name, All Tech Is Human, is because the trajectory of AI (and all technologies) is determined by the choices we make, the people we include, the rules we write, and the values we embed in our tools.
💙Together, we tackle the world’s thorniest tech & society issues
