🥳Our Responsible Tech Guide is now released!
This is a special newsletter because we have a special moment: the release of our flagship resource, the Responsible Tech Guide! First released in September 2020, this key resource maps the people, organizations, and ideas of the evolving Responsible Tech movement.
You will always be able to freely download the latest version of the Responsible Tech Guide at ResponsibleTechGuide.com
We’ve interviewed hundreds of individuals. We’re held gatherings for thousands of people. And we have brought together a diverse range of individuals from various backgrounds, disciplines, career levels, and perspectives to flesh out what the Responsible Tech field looks like.
We’re off for our release party in NYC, followed by a gathering tomorrow (Building a Better Tech Future for Children) with the Joan Ganz Cooney Center at Sesame Workshop. And the following week we will be having a three-day activation at Unfinished Live, with some major announcements next week about who we’re interviewing for our “All Tech Is Human Library.”
There is a lot happening at our non-profit. Check out all of our activities here, and read about our mission and accomplishments here. We’ll be having a Tech & Democracy online mixer on September 20th, and we will be announcing an October event in NYC shortly…
Oh, and our Responsible Tech Talent Pool announced in our last newsletter already has over 300 people and our community Slack group recently welcome member #3,600.
There are a lot of incredible people and organizations that care deeply about co-creating a better tech future. One aligned with the public interest.
🙏Thank you for being one of them.
