Upcoming livestreams, courses, and resources in Responsible Tech
Plus our Responsible Tech Career survey, videos from London, and numerous ways for you to get involved.
Great to have you back. Over here at All Tech Is Human, we are still buzzing from the two gatherings we held last week in London. Below you will see our panel recordings and pictures from our online safety event at The Royal Society; in our next newsletter we’ll be sharing key takeaways from our AI Assurance workshop at techUK with Trilligent.
This week, many of those in Trust & Safety (such as Sandra Khalil from our team) are in SF at TrustCon. Next week, we hope you can join our livestream on July 31st to discuss takeaways from TrustCon + the future of Trust & Safety.
You may notice that our organization weaves together the communities of Trust & Safety, Responsible AI, Tech & Democracy, Tech Policy, Public Interest Technology, and Youth, Tech, and Wellbeing. This is entirely by design, as our non-profit is uniquely positioned as a network-of-networks specializing in intersections that create a much-needed space for multistakeholder understanding, involvement, and action.
If you are new to our organization, All Tech Is Human serves as the backbone and mobilizer of the Responsible Tech ecosystem. As outlined in the Collective Impact theory for systems-level change, a backbone org supports shared learning and capacity building, facilitates convenings and collaboration, coordinates stakeholders across sectors, and provides the underlying infrastructure.
In today’s newsletter, you’ll learn about upcoming livestreams, our Responsible Tech Mixer in NYC on Aug 18, our ambitious plans for the Fall, and our Responsible Tech Careers survey that will help inform our next Responsible Tech Guide and other key resources.
Now, onto the newsletter! 👇

We miss you already, London. We’ll be back.
This was our fourth visit since our inaugural gathering in London in April 2023 at The Shard. We were blown away by the enthusiasm of participants who came from over a dozen countries to build a multistakeholder community and collectively tackle complex tech & society issues. Videos from our two panels are found below; a write-up will be in our next newsletter.
We’re already mapping out a return to London, along with potentially other cities in Europe. If you have ideas for use, use the form below.

🗺️Help us map the landscape of Responsible Tech careers
The Responsible Tech field is rapidly evolving, but there's a significant gap between how these roles are described in job postings and what practitioners do day-to-day. Your experience matters, and we need your insights to help build a more accurate picture of this work and its challenges. This survey will create the first comprehensive snapshot of skills gaps, organizational challenges, and evolving needs in Responsible Tech work, providing data that can inform better hiring practices, training programs, and career development across our field. We’d love your help!
This 20-minute survey will inform our upcoming Responsible Tech Guide and additional reports. This is being led by Deb Donig, our Siegel Research Fellow.
💡All Tech Is Human’s whole-of-ecosystem approach is focused on three key areas: community-building, education, and careers.
